PAUL NOBILE - Director 
Paul Nobile has spent the last 11 years at the forefront of world sport.
In 1997 Paul moved from Paris to New York to attend Iona College where he received his MBA in international management and in finance.
While attending Iona, Paul played soccer and enjoyed coaching many soccer teams, clubs, academies, and high schools as well as individual clinics (Golden Touch Academy, FC Westchester, and Iona Prep).
In 2003, Paul returned to Paris, to work for GPR, a leading sports events agency. He played an important role in organizing the European Nations Football Cup 2004 in Portugal, the Six Nations Rugby Tournament in 2005, and the French Open in 2006.
At the same time, Paul, armed with his international experience - playing, teaching and organizing sporting events, launched Sports Exchange.
Today Sports Exchange thrives and is backed up by a team of professional staff, certified medics, national scouts a FIFA agent and quality sports programs.
On the sporting field, Paul played for the professional soccer team of Neuchâtel Xamax (Switzerland), received a full scholarship to Iona College (Soccer team captain) and ran the New York City Marathon in 1998 in 3h19min. .
Paul is fluent in three languages, English, French and Italian and also has great support in Europe, the United States and Japan.
He continues to play competitive soccer and enjoys the game more than ever.
LUIS PORTERO - Liaison officer, Madrid - Spain
Luis Portero has been involved in the travel and operational side of the sports industry for the past 10 years. In 1995, Luis received his masters degree in tourism and organization of sports events from the Official Tourism University in Madrid and later began his career working in the travel agency side of the tourist business.
In 2002, Luis united his passions, sports, football and travel, and organized the prestigious Real Madrid Centenary Youth Soccer Tournament. This major and successful tournament brought international professional youth teams such as Bayern Munchen, PSV Eindhoven and Inter Milan into town.
Since 2002 and in addition to his role with Sports Exchange, Luis runs his own company, Support Training Solutions. He organizes many sporting events as well as travel accommodations for different teams and groups.
Luis also organizes the Real Madrid Foundation soccer camp every year in Madrid. Many professional and amateur teams have been coming to this camp to enjoy the professional coaching environment. Teams such as DC United, Washington Freedom, Chivas from Guadalajara, Mexico and teams from Canada, Japan, Finland, England, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Greece and France have been to Madrid.
Luis is also fluent in English thanks to two years? experience living in Charlottesville, Virginia and Chicago, Illinois.
Luis is a talented sportsman and is always ready to participate in any sporting activity.
PATRICE GIRARD - National Coach and scout, Olympique Lyonnais - France
Patrice Girard has been working in the French soccer formation field for both youth and professionals soccer player for over 20 years.
After a professional soccer career at the Stade Français (French Second division), Patrice joined the Olympique Lyonnais (elected best professional soccer club in France over the past decade) in 1991 as a national scout, in charge of training for the youth division.
Thanks to his vision and knowledge of the game, many young players have turned pro and some even became French international players such as Sidney Govou, Ben Arfa, Steel Malbranque, Pied, Plessis Mounier and Beynie.
Patrice Girard joined Sports Exchange in 2007 to play a very important role on the team. His national and international soccer expertise with the best young and professional players gives our soccer camps a wider scope, more creativity and a tone of incomparable excellence.
In addition to his work with Sports Exchange, Patrice Girard works in France as an independent scout, agent and consultant for the best professional French clubs. He also manages a soccer academy in Burkina Faso/ the Ivory Cost. The academy affords the Burkina players the opportunity of playing soccer in the best conditions and gives them a stepping stone toward professional soccer.
Patrice Girard lives in Lyon with his wife and two sons.
